clutch/slave master cylinder?

i got a 2006 g35 coupe 6mt, 51,000 miles...when i let the car sit over and go to leave in the morning, all of the gears are locked...when i depress the clutch and try to put it in gear the car starts to roll w.o being in gear. and when i turn the car off and out it in gear and then turn it back on, the car rolls while the clutch is all the way depressed...after about 5 minutes of cruising, everything is fine, switches gears just fine the the shifting is smooth. has anyone else had this problem?? need some advice as to what can be the damn problem.

On my old 06 G35 I had to replace the clutch slave cylinder at 92257 miles in July 09. It was covered under warranty.
I no longer let anyone work on my car except the dealer.

Not sure on this one...I'd have a dealer take a look. You don't have to have the work done at the dealership, but they can help you isolate the problem.
