For a while now my clutch has been engaging very close to the floor...probably less than an inch.. it also tends to slip quite a bit. Just last nite i pulled up to a set of lights and went to put it in 1st, and it needed considerable force to get it in. i have a new clutch that was waiting to go in, but im just curious if it could have anything to do with something else, such as my slave cylinder...thanks guys

ps. yes i do have clutch fluid

what you may want to do is take a good look at your clutch slave master cylinder see if its leaking . also did u bleed your clutch line , if you didnt you may have to do so properly as a friend to help you out i had the same problem and i bled the lines and it was all gravey. also check to see if you may have a kink in the line

You can also adjust the arm from the MC that goes to the pedal. Well i know you can on the Pulsar so i assume you could on a 240 also.
