Ok so my friend and I decided to replace my clutch in my s14, the previous owner had a kevlar-metal clutch and a fidanza flywheel ( not to sure which type of fidanza it was). So we got to take everything off and the clutch its basically worn so i kno we're replacing it and the pressure plate is STRAIGHT up gone, but the question is what the hell do I do with the flywheel. I kno I'm so suppose to machine it down but I don't know if I should cuz its pretty worn but I don't kno how worn it is. I mean i dnt if its still good or not. I'll have pictures up later since its not letting my load any.

If its an aluminum flywheel just replace the friction disk. That's why they are bolted on, they run about 50-70 bucks. Torque each bolt to 60in lb

I found that out but do u kno how to replace it and take off the friction disc cuz when I tried I almost stripped it. I looked every where online to find instructions to replace the friction disc but no avail.

I assume what you mean is that the friction disc is worn well into the mounting hardware?

Take the thing to a machine shop and have them remove it then.

The new disk comes with new hardware. 10mm socket and a screw driver. Drill out the ones that are stripped.
