ok i went to the track last night to find out that after my first run, my clutch now slips in 2nd and 3rd gear.

i need a new clutch im thinking a stage one. i dont need anything to harsh. I also read somewhere that sr clutch's and rb clutch's are the same thing. is this true?

anyways i need a recommendation. u guys who have afternarket clutch's.....where did u get em, how much, and how do you like it.

thanks in advance

I have a NA z32 XTD clutch that I got off ebay. It works well for me and grips like a *****. It takes a little while to get used to it but it has been going well for me for about 2000 miles so far. Just break it in the required amount before you are too harsh to it. It is a 6 puck clutch. I know quite a few people on here and 240sxforums are using it.~ANDREW~

I have an ACT 6 puck with no springs on it.. 6000 miles on it and it still chirps on 4th and that's with goin to the track once and even twice a week 4 to 8 paces each day. Oh yeah my brake in was popping the clutch at 5grand and burning rubber for 200 feet.

I have a Spec stage III and I love it, it was pretty cheap, has a nice softer pedal feel, and can hold I believe 700ft/lbs. The disc is a six puck sprung, and it has a nice, quick engagement.

i think i was the first with the xtd clutch on an rb20, works a treat tho.i had it in my car for a good 6k mi or perhaps more and it would chirp tires till 4th.good deal for the money i think, it is a 6 puck but its sprung and is actualy pretty streetable.
