Has anyone had any experience with AC Delco parts?

I recently (as in two weeks ago) changed my clutch in a 92 KA24DE, and put in an AC Delco. 500 miles and two weeks later, it is slipping again.

::Sigh::

I am about ready to sell the damn car. Putting the clutch in was a *****. Not really because of the work, but because of some other stuff that went on. I ended up having to tow it somewhere (my landlord got pissy that I had it on jackstands after a day) and my slave cylinder piston and rod fell out....I didn't notice til I put it back together. Then, I realized I had the pressure plate on backwards. I definitely don't wanna do that again.

Anyone have any other ideas as to why the clutch would be slipping this early after a change?
