I have clutch fluid comin out my clutch pedal? Any ideas?

Chances are better than good that your master cylinder is toast.Fortunately they are not that expensive, about $28 with a small bottle of brake fluid.

Agreed... If you are seeing fluid leaking inside the firewall where the clutch pushrod goes into the master cylinder, then it needs to be replaced. I've done it twice on my 240, and I have helped two friends replace the clutch master on their 240s.
