Don't forget there are two bleed valves on a stock 240. Follow the FSM for bleeding procedures. Also did you check the runout on the flywheel? Whenever you mess with the clutch you might as well check the flywheel- possibly resurfacing it or replacing it.

Sooooo... your clutch is slipping? if so then you might need a stronger pressure plate per say, and if you pedal is spongy then you need to re-bleed the hard lines to the clutch again. Next time please be a bit more precise in your questions.

I wasn't talking bout the teeth, by the way. The flywheel is like a big brake rotor and the clutch is like a big brake pad. Just like rotors, flywheels will lose thickness over time or crack from heat and stress. Whenever you do a clutch job, you need to inspect, resurface, or replace the flywheel. For peace of mind.

Yeah, more info on what you did will help.

what the f*** lol

most likely you have to rebleed it. but you can also try adjusting the clutch pedal.

auto adjusting? What vehicle? What powerplant? The 240 with KA never had an auto adjusting clutch. As far as i remember none of the SR power plants ever had one unless you have an S15 SR. I know the clutches were a little different in those but other then that no other had a self adjusting clutch.
