Did you remove the clutch dampener?http://www.zeroyon.com/index/content/view/32/47/

If not remove it and bleed again.

Also did you get a new throw-out bearing when your clutch was done?

There is not dampener, the entire system was replaced with oem parts including the flywheel. STILL problem starts on my drive home 5 miles into it. I Clutch engages but it is difficult to shift. I have replaced the clutch 2X and flywheel once, OEM parts same problem. starts ok in the morning (10 miles) on the way home it acts up. shifting is hard and it does not respond as fast when accelerating. Also both cylanders where replaced.

Thanks

Well, I say bleed your clutch and then bleed it again. Just do the regular pedal pumping process with a friend and once you're done, do it again. If you still have problems, is it only after the car is warmed up? And you didn't really answer if the throw out bearing was replaced for sure. Was it?
