i just got an exedy clutch installed last week and theres something wrong. when my ka was still in the car would run only at night when the weather was cool. if i ran it in the daytime it would only run for about 10 minutes. then the clutch pedal would get REALLY hard to push down and the clutch would engage in the last few inches of travel. then the clutch would just slip and i wouldnt be able to go anywhere. i thought after the SR20 swap i got done a few days ago the problem would be solved because everything was new, but today i noticed the same thing happening. its not as bad as it was before but its clearly the same problem. anyone know what the problem might be? i noticed the shop kept some of the stock ka things in there like the master cylinder, etc... :help

I would say look into a new master cylinder/slave cylinder.
