I have searched and found no answers. Basically my clutch acts like it is getting air in the system. I just replaced my master and slave cylinder. That didn't help. I've bled the system multiple times but the pedal keeps sticking. Sometimes when I'm trying to go into first it won't go into gear at all. I've adjusted the clutch pedal too. Any help is appreciated.

how did you bleed it? also on S13's ( i dont know about s14s) the hydrolic line from master to slave runs into a valve box that has a bleeder, I had same problem after new parts, then I bled both instead of just the slave and fixed it all. ALSO when the the pedal is not pressed, look under and look: is the slave shaft coming out of the cylinder right on the fork or is there space? sometimes aftermarket slaves have shorter shaft and does not engage the fork properly

check the line connected to the bell housing, there's only one line, and if it isnt tightly secured, you can get these problems.
