clutch problem

hey ok i just replaced my clutch kit swapped a new transmission out, (its used) and a new flywheel, ok so the problem im having is that when im driving all the gears work fine except when i go to shift into or down to secong it grinds, but it when i first start the car up and drive it for about the first 10 min it doesnt do it plz help
