I am having a problem with my clutch. When I turn my car on, I cant get into gear. When I press in the clutch, it stays in... What is the problem? This is a 1992 240sxThanks

You need to check your slave cylinder fluid level. If the level is fine, you may have air stuck in the system and you will need to bleed it out.

Check for fluid leaks. The master will leak onto the driver side floorboard. the slave is on the passenger side of the transmission, look under the rubber cover for fluid. Consider changing out both master/slave, as they are cheap. Dump that crap dampener gizmo near the slave. refill/bleed and you should be good to go. $50 and 2-3 hr job.

Do a search for "clutch damper" as I have an old write-up that should come up and should take most of your issues away.
