I have a 91 240 with an sr20 and im having problems with my clutch. The clutch engages at a different spot thoughout the day and evently the pedal sits on the floor and i have to constantly pull the pedal back. When i pull the pedal back, the clutch doesnt enagage till the last sec. I am not losing clutch fluid and it has been bled. Any ideas

Sounds like air to me. Make sure you have bled the master cylinder properly

i had the same problem. it must be your master clutch cylinder. it's some how leaking air thru a bad seal or something. It doesnt mean if your not leaking fluid you dont have air leak. try that out and let us know.
