CLUTCH PROBLEM

I did the auto to manual swap. I didn't put the switch so you can start the car without pressing on the clutch.New clutch master cylinder, new slave and took out the dampener. I've driven the car for about 1500 miles after the swap and it ran fine. This morning i started the car and i can't put the car in gear. My pedals feels fine. So my friend and i tried bleeding the clutch and i could see the slave pushing the fork, so far so good, but when you start the car and push the clutch, the slave gets pushed out and it won't come back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
