It's a minor hinderance to the process of shifting, but it needs to be addressed. When you press the peddle in all the way, the clutch hasn't disengaged all the way from the flywheel. Is this simply a problem of adjusting the peddle or is there a hydraulic problem?

adjust the pedal, you can push the rod in deeper. that should be your fix.
