My clutch has been acting up ever since i swapped my KAT into my 240. I come out in the morning ans the clutch is real soft.....after pumping and forcing it into gear it finally starts to move. After just a few minutes of drving...the cluth has no more play...it is hard as a rock. After about 5 more minutes the clutch has adjusted itself so much that my clutch starts to slip. I have bleed the clutch some more and i didn't see any air come out....and i have same problem? Is my master cylinder bad? Please help this is very annoying.

Did you bench bleed the new master cylinder? Also the problem may be that the hydraulic fluid is somehow getting heated up during engine operation; maybe the line is real close to the turbo or exhaust.

well it came out of my junked 240...but yes i tested it before i put it in. It is not close to the turbo nor the exhaust...but a possibility i guess
