clutch problem's-please help

my clutch on my s13 is not fully engaging. it only pops back up bout half way. I've replaced master cyliner, slave cylinder,clutch hose, new clutch system,resurfaced flywheel,and have bleed it very well. dont know whats wrong please help.

did you adjust the pedal height at which the clutch engages?

yes. i put it back to were it was when i took out the old master cylinder. but the pedal still sits pretty low after i take my foot off the clutch pedal after changing gears. im so brain ****ed i've beem working on this problem for almost a month.

the clutch works good,but the pedal seems soft. r 240's clutch pedal's surpose 2 b kindive soft?
