Ok, i just did my SR swap, and finally i got it running. But the problem is i can't shift, after i turn on the car. So i tried to put in first gear, then turn on the car, and the car just jumped (i was already steping on the clutch). i did bleed the clutch couple time already. Anybody has any idea? I can't wait to test drive it. thank you

The clutch pressure plate is not letting go. Did you adjust the clutch pedal? Does the pedal feel firm and come back up as it should?

Check for slave cylinder/throw out bearing arm movement when someone depresses the clutch pedal. If you see good movement it's likely to be in the clutch itself. If there is minimal movement of the slave rod the problem is in the hydraulics- air, bad master or slave, or that crap dampener valve/loop that everyone should remove anyway. You did bleed BOTH nipples several times yes?

Likely that is your problem. Bleed both, back and forth several times. Better yet take that crap dampener out and get a hose to reconnect the system.

I can send you the factory manual instructions for bleeding if you give me ur email address.

I did bleed both of them many times, but it still doesn't work, it only move about 1in". So would it be the bad master??

Next step is check master and slave. The master leaks onto the floorboard under the clutch pedal. The slave leaks under the rubber cover for the slave piston. If either are leaking replace. Unless the good one is relatively new replace both at the same time, as they are cheap.

There is also a valve in the dampener box that can gum up. You may need to take out the box. I did....

I just checked and both of them and they are not leaking. But i think i am gotta get a new one anyway. I am planning to take off the box, but i am not sure wt clutch line should i get, do i need a longer line?

Get the 6" short line. The long line goes all the way from master to slave.

If you replace master/slave/connector line, bleed the sh*t out of it and adjust the pedal you should be good to go.

There is no need to get a new clutch line, just bend (more like twist) the one hard line coming from the master cylinder and connect it with the rubber line connected to the slave cylinder. Just make sure the line doesn't have any kinks and you should be fine.
