Clutch problem not sure what it means. Help Please

I have a 2006 G35 Coupe with about 32K on it. Just recently I have had a problem where the clutch is not returning to full up position after I let my foot off it. I haven't had any problems shifting but it has me worried. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

i would have the fluids for the MC topped off and the whole system bled.
