clutch problem need help asp

ok my clutch oil ran out today when i was going to work and so i filled up the reserve up and now when i push the clutch in it stays down and doesn't come back up unless i pull it forward what is wrong or do i have to bleed the system and how and where are all th parts i need to bleed on the lines like where the cycliders are on the transmission on a 97 nissan maxima if you could get pictures your a life saver
