clutch problem HELP!!!

i am having a problem with my clutch my friend and i recently replaced the clutch with a stage 3 racing clutch kit it drove fine for around 50-100 miles then it wouldnt go into gears well and finally the pedal got really hard towards the floor and then the clutch went to the floor well i took a look at it and the boot was ripped off the slave so i got a new slave put that on bled it and the clutch felt like it did right before the old slave blew then the new one blew the same way i dont know what it could be but the throwout bearing in the stage3 kit was half the size of my old stage1 throwout bearing i dont know if that has somthing to do with it or not any suggestions or questions for me let me know

oh the car is a 90 240sx with a carbonic 6 puck sprung clutch aftermarket pressure plate fidanza flywheel and the clutch doesnt disengauge if the pedel is on the floor and its in gear it will lurch forward i am really pissed off at this car im about to put a rag in the gas tank and blow the damn thing up please HELP!

ok i just pulled the transmission out and my throwout bearing was tore up and the bearing holder was warped so im getting a new holder i think that should do it there was no harm done to my clutch but the bearing was ****ed up

the release bearing got pushed back onto the sleave and the bearing had somthing wrong with it because it was very gritty to turn when i took it out like it was very rough so i got a new bearing sleave and springs from the dealer im putting them in tommorow so hopefully this gets rid of my clutch problem
