Clutch Problem? Help!

Driving home last night, I was shifting and my clutch pedal only came half way backout. I thought it was stuck maybe but i tried pulling it and it didnt budge. It would stil drive but if i went above 3000 rpm there was major slippage. I think my clutch gaveout but a friend says it might be a part on it thats is broken. Any informaton would be appreciated

You can't even pull it up at all? I'd check for broken or bent linkage under the pedal or something. I suppose something could have hit and damaged the linkage around the slave cylinder...
