I just swaped my blown ka for another ka, everythings in and conected but I havn't started the car yet. I'm having a problem with the clutch pedel, I was attempting to bleed the clutch and realized my clutch pedel goes all the way to the floor and only comes up about an inch when I let go. I thought Maybe it just needed pressure but when I bled the clutch it still did not come up. Could anyone help me with this problem? Thank you.

always get a new clutch mayster cylinder and slave cylinder, make sure you have a spring connected from pedal lever to the mounting bracket itself.its hard to bleed out the trapped airbubbles manually.

How would you bleed it if you did not do it manually?

I havn't had a chance to mess with it yet but could air bubbles in the line cause the pedel to not come up all the way? The pedel worked fine before I did the swap so I don't think the master or slave cylinder are the problem

look on teh back of the pedal and make sure the little clip that holds the MC rod to the back of teh pedal isnt halfway broken....

Its common for older ones to break only one side first (causing your symtoms) before the other side goes. It cost me about $12 from the dealer and I was on my way again...
