These wires are coming from the clutch pedal itself, from a switch. Im doing a 5 speed swap with my sr and was wondering where these go. I looked in the FMS and saw the they go into an inhibitor i think. is this necessary? The wires are blue w/ white stripe and a black one. When i was trying to crank over my motor it would start on its own without me haveing the key in nor the clutch pedal pressed in. I would just plug battery terminals in and it was trying to crank but no fuel pump. Then I fixed the fuel pump and now it wont crank at all. Could have something shorted out cause of it trying to start on its own.

that switch is part of the "car can't start with the clutch not disengaged" system. On auto cars, that's the park/neutral switch which you more than likely jumpered. I usually plug the clutch switch in anyways just to make everything tidy looking, but you don't have to worry about that wire.
