clutch pedal too soft

ok my clutch pedal is too soft kind of like the gas pedal but a little more stiffer. so i bleeded everything right and is still the same, i had a used slave cylinder i put it and is still the same could it be the master cylinder.oh and i just did the five speed swap and put new clutch,pressure plate and throwout bearing all oem. help

When you installed everything "OEM", did you put in a dampener? Or did You run a line straight from the master to the slave? If you did install a dampener, thats your problem, remove it. If you didnt, then there more to consider. If there is a problem with your master or slave, usually that means the seals inside are going bad. Look for dark hydolic fluid and little rubber floating bits. Often times you can push the pedal down, and it doesnt come all the way back up. When this happens and you need to pump it to get it to work right, it can be them. Not sure why you would go used with these parts. A new slave is $17.99 and a master is $29.99.

i had the dampener but i took it off and is still the same the fluid is still gold/yellow like new

maybe i am i never tought of it that way lol. but siriously is it the clutch master cylinder
