I just purchased it Friday evening (from a dealer) after and here it is Sunday evening and already busted. NOT HAPPY.

Hello all. Newb to the 2008 altima 3.5 coupe. It is Sunday night and my coupe is sitting in a walgreens parking lot with the clutch pedal all the way to the floor. I just purchased it Friday evening (from a dealer) after and here it is Sunday evening and already busted. NOT HAPPY. need some advice as to what has caused this problem. Dealer will tow Monday morning. Thanking you in advance.

Could be the master cylinder gone bad

Ok. However, are there any other items I should demand they inspect and change out in regard to the problem?

Check the fluid to make sure it hasn't drained out.

Ok. here's an update. Vehicle towed as promised by Nissan dealer. Dealer provides me with a new Maxima to drive until my Altima is repaired 
. Dealer determines slave cylinder is bad and also changes clutch and flywheel 
I now have 1 year warranty parts and labor on new clutch 
Bottom line is they did everything they promised and didn't cost me a penny. BTW I ordered my aem cold air intake and Stillen cat back exhaust
