air bubbles in the clutch line? this happens to me when i first start driving in very cold weather (below 30 degrees) but mine doesnt stick it just seems sloppy and comes up slowly. anyway i will be replacing my clutch fluid soon along with the SPL clutch line because i dont like the sloppiness of the clutch in the first place.

Really, cold weather causes it to do that? It seems like mine has done it more frequently this week, with Temps in the 80's & 90's (Portland Oregon). I thought it might have something to do with the return spring on the pedal assembly under the dash. Though, I didn't think that it could be temp, related though.

P.S. I had the clutch replaced less than 15K ago. Are you sure that the clutch line just needs to be bled of air? I didn't do the work myself Nissan did the installation

no, i am not sure at all. that was just a suggestion. and am sure my clutch fluid needs to be replaced since it is most likley the stuff from the factory 90,000 miles ago.

bleed the system well and it will be fixed. the pressure alone in the lines pushes the pedal up a good amount and the return spring finishes the cycle only in the last 1/3-1/4 of pedal travel.

IE. if the pedal flops around up top the return spring is broke. If the pedal gets stuck down low is because of low pressure in the system.

however that return spring will never "get weak" or break.

I had the same problem, bought a rebuild kit from kragens for 16 bucks, for the clutch master cylinder, and it's been working great ever since.

Have you adjusted the pedal without bleeding? That can effect the preasure that builds up in the system.I agree with pOOt (which is the code name for Vladimier Pootin, the russian president by the way, it's great to have an international power on this board) you should bleed your system. I highly doubt it would be the returnspring.
