Hey all. I am having a small problem with my clutch pedal. When I have it pressed in fully, it will stick there when I take my foot off. Only for a second, but it is annoying and I keep giving myself whiplash. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I just doing something stupid? I do have rubber flootmats, and I checked and they are clear of the pedal and of it, and I even tried taking them out and still get that problem. Any advice before I take in to the dealer?

that started happening to me when i got my car the first 2 weeks. the clutch would stick and then eventually a couple days later the clutch line to the pedal snapped. i would say go to the dealer before something bad happens

Thanks for the info! I definatly don't want that to happen. Any word on why it happened? Or did they just tell you thats what happened and leave it at that? Either way I will get it in A.S.A.P.

mine is kinda different.. instead of sticking for a second, my clutch when fully pressed in actually like block me from going to 1st. i dont want to force it in. so i release then reapply the clutch in and then it lets me go into 1st gear... any tip of why that happens??

Could be the lock out on the gear... You might be going to fast and it is blocking you from down shifting....

that happens to me every so often, i push the clutch in and try to s*** into first and it won't let me. i just let go of the clutch and just push it back in and put it into 1st and it works. this is from a dead stop
