This is pretty indicative of a failing Slave cylinder. The pedal staying low evidences an issue with fluid transfer which is typical of a slave that is on its way. If this is the case the slave will eventually pop pouring fluid out. The down side of a slave that leaks is that is can contaminate the disc leading to clutch issues. I suggest checking/replacing the slave and going from there. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!!!

slave cylinder has no leak and any other problems. mechanic check it. but there was a weird noise that sounds like a loose cat converter cover everytime i shift gears. i check my cat it felt ok with no loose parts. but then still has the noise.

Your flywheel I assume was torqued to spec...

Mine did something like this and the throwout bearing seized on the inputhsaft housing, breaking it off. Not hard to fix, just obviously required pulling the transmission.
