When the car is cold the clutch pedal feels good...I just replaced it with an OEM clutch from napa. But, when the car is up to normal operating temp, the clutch pedal becomes more stiff - similar in feel to an ACT stage 2 clutch. Has anyone experienced this problem or know what might be wrong? I've never had this problem in any of my 240s.

Noteworthy:ss clutch line, new MC, new clutch kit.

Thanks for any info/advice!

hmm, did you check/reset the clutch pedal freeplay?

search on that/ & you made sure you bleed all the air outta the system.

hopefully, it's not an internal clutch issue where you gotta drop the trans to find out.

i'm not sure where the new MC came from. I left the car at home and my father had it replaced. There is no air in the system and free play is acceptable. I have a feeling the problem isn't hydraulic. Since it seems to get stiffer when it gets warmer, maybe something is expanding and interfering? I dont know
