Well recently my clutch has been getting softer and softer. The last few days, when starting up I would have to pump it to get any sort of pressure. Today there was none at all and the clutch was limp on the floor. No amount of pumping would bring pressure. Shoud I just assume I need a new clutch master cylinder? But, I haven't noticed any large stains that would indicate that it is leakingIt's a 91 s13.

Don't assume anything. You kinda seem to know where to look to find the problem, so go for it. Check the fluid level first thing. If it's low, find the leak. ...etc...

This happened to me when I replaced my slave cylinder (the on-transmission cylinder) and bleeding it again fixed it. Turns out they are a real pain to get completely air-free so bleed it and watch your fluid level for a while afterwards to see if it's leaking.
