Clutch pedal not fully returning and grabbing gears a bit

My clutch pedal doesn't return all ways to the toped out position after engaging and the gears are grabbing a bit. Is it a worn clutch or clutch slave cyl.? Think it might be the slave cyl.

best first step to do is check the fluid level on the mastercylinder might have gotten low and got an air bubble in it. go ahead and top of the fluid in there, if its still acting up have the lines bled

Ya I checked the fluid and it was good so I will bleed it tomarow. Thanks for the imput.
