Well I had fun on my way to work, the clutch pedal went to the floor and did not come up. I stuck my foot under the pedal and pulled it up it did not take any pressure really to do so. Anyway I got to work popped the hood and my fluid looks fine is above minimum and I could not find any leaks. After that incident I did not have any problems, acted like it usually does, on the rest of the way to work or on the way home. What could the problem be. Anyone have anything similar happen to them. This is on a 95 S14. I am wondering if something caught the spring possibly under the dash.

Will I checked my clutch master and slave and could not find any leaks. I also checked my clutch pedal brackets as I had heard of a couple people that had the spot welds bust. The brackets seem fine too. Fluid looks good. This weekend I guess I will bleed the brakes. I guess come to think of it the cluth might have been a bit mushy on the way home after it happened. I don't understand though how all of the sudden I could get an air bubble in the system, unless they can form with time. Is this the case? Anyway, any other suggestions. I'll post if I have problems tommorow.

Thanks guys

That happened to me once.. I pushed the clutch in and it didnt come back up.. the actual um [I can't remember sh*t].. the metal peice that actually pushes the clutch in had popped off and drained all the fluid out.. bought a new thingy for like $30 and was driving within 45 mins..

was the engine cold when this happened? my clutch hasnt stuck but in the mornings when it has been very cold out (in the teens) the clutch pedal is very slow to engage and feels sluggish. i was told that the fluid starts to break down when old, cant remember maybe small amount of water is formed? well im going to be replacing my fluids soon.

i have a 95 S14 and the same exact thing happened to me. behind the clutch pedal assembly towards the firewall, there's an adjustable arm that connects your pedal to the slave cylinder. that arm snapped on mine. take it out and go to the dealer for a replacement. bring the part with you so you can match it with the pic they have on their diagram.
