clutch pedal adjustment

does anyone know where the ideal clutch adjustment should be. I just installed a new clutch pedal bracket and wanted to know about where should the clutch pedal/clutch cyclinder be adjusted at.

there is a push rod on the master that's connected to the pedal. Clockwise wise is out meaning faster clutch release less foot travel. Only problem is if u have a nice hp car the clutch will slip. So then u adjust the push rod in. longer foot travel slower clutch release. There no ideal adjustment just trial and error till u find which pedal feeling suits u
