Clutch or Transmission problems, Please help

so i have a 1991 240sx with an sr20det swap done to it. i was in the military and have only worked on it for a little over a month in the last three years. the last time i was home i had the car running and driving down the road just fine, i left again for another year and my car didnt move from where it was. once i made it home again i went out to start it, its started the first time. the first thing i noticed was my clutch pedel, instead of being soft like it was, it was rock hard. i tried to put it gear but it wouldnt engage. i let the clutch almost all the way out and it finally went into gear. then the worst part of it came about. the only way i could drive it was if i pushed the clutch and held it down while giving gas. so its almost as if the clutch is working backwards. i have replaced the slave and master cylinder, and am installing a new clutch line. if anyone has had these problems please help me fix it.

The only thing I can suggest, is to pull the transmission and check things out. The problem more than likely lies inside the bell housing.

Maybe try adjusting the pedal height. It would just be easier then pulling the trans out right away. Seems like you would have already tried that though if you replaced the slave and master.

Did you bleed everything well? Other than that maybe your throw out bearing would be the next thing to check.
