clutch or transmission?

im having trouble engaging into gear. its a ***** to launch and reverse. i changed the master and slave clutch cylinders and problem stills occur. recently when i drive my clutch pops out from gear into neutral and now it is a problem and i cant change gears smoothly but foot pedal is fine. i deliver pizza with my 240 and my job is on the line. i dont know if this is a clutch or transmission problem.

Bad manual trans shift forks and reverse are more than likely worn pretty bad.Which would be pretty expensive to overhaul to replace the forks and 1st and reverse gears as well in the case all gears and forks should ve replace if you choose this option.
