Clutch Options

I was thinking about clutch choices for the CA today, mainly due to the lack of great clutch kits. I was thinking, since the CA/KA/SR trannys are the same except for the belhouseing, the clutch is the same size. the only problem is the flywheel. so, could someone bolt an Sr flywheel to a CA18, thus being able to use SR clutches? I have never seen both side by side, so I don't know. A thought that I have never seen before, and wondered if anyone else had tried.

yep, tried it... doesn't work... search for plenty of old threads on it.

p.s. Paul tried it way back in the day too with the same results;)
