The pedal has some slop at the top half of the throw, so I think I simply am not getting a full throw, which is how the car is behaving. The slave is moving, but if the car is running I can't put it in gear since the clutch hasn't released entirely.

Master Cylinder is new, line going to the slave is new, clutch is new. I did not replace the throwout bearing, but the swap came out of a running/driving car that belonged to someone I knew.

Long story short, does this throw look short to you, am I not getting the full throw?

I've tried a few methods of bleeding the clutch with mixed results so if anyone has good tips for that I'm open to that as well :)

Have you diconnected/deleted the damper system? I was having a similar issue recently, read up on the damper delete, did it, bang. Works like a charm. Only difference is now I have to put the clutch all the way to the floor pretty much to avoid any grinding. Other than that it worked great!

I cant watch FB stuff at work.

How far can you push down the clutch pedal before the rod contacts the piston in the master? You may need adjust pedal free play. You also could have the wrong TOB sleeve in your setup. If you have one that's too short it won't disengage the clutch. Or a bent clutch fork.
