clutch not disengaging

i have a 1993 240sx, and right now its parked because in order to put it in gear i have to power shift it. You can hold the clutch to the floor and it won't disengage. It makes a sound like its under load. Im stumped. I am a mechanic and i have never seen this before so any help would be appreciated.

my guess its a problem with the slave cylinder or throwout bearing

its leaking somewere, check the level of fluid in the resivoir, it should be full, if its low, check the system for leaks
