Readjust the clutch pedal free play, as it sounds like it's too loose.

Also dump the crap dampener box down by the slave cylinder if you still have it. If you want to keep that pos box make sure you do the proper bleed procedure as there are 2 bleed nipples down there.

how much were you able to pick up the sr for? How long did it take you to install?

did u bench bleed the clutch master? there might be some air bubble in there that's keeping the slave from extending all the way.

If you have installed the clutch correctly and bleed it correctly then your prob is clutch block.

heres how to fix: http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=251959

I had the same prob when I swapped the rb20det into my car.

apollas is talking about the dampening box. if you got a steel braided line from your master to slave you'll eliminate that box and get a better feel on ur clutch. and what i mean by bench bleeding your clutch master is before u install the master, you bleed the master alone, then the clutch system. i put mines on a vice and bench bleed it before i installed mine.

I took the slave Cylinder rod out, then took a rod the same size and cut it a little bit longer and now it works ?

how do you cut it alittle bit longer? wouldn't cutting be shortening the rod already?
