clutch noises

howsit.the rb20det cefiro is making some hanus noises when u let the clutch out in 1st gear.but it doesnt make it wen u let it out in neutral...its a hardout grinding noise...but the car still drives...so im thinking its not the gearbox....if u let it out and it starts making the noise then u put it in neutral the noise wont be as loud but its still there...then u let the clutch out and the noise stops...could this be colapsed release bearing or maybe a spring has fallen out of the clutch plate????

i think it might be the throw out bearing i no mine makes a bad noise when i release the clutchbut when i push it in it goes away till i drive and slow down on a load i dropping my transmission this week so i will let u know what it is maybe we have same problem just different scenario lol
