clutch noise

does anybody know what the problem is, cause when i let go of my clutch it makes this noise. but when i got the clutch down the noise is gone, also its gone when im in 4th gear.

you probably should be more specific. what kind of noise...pedal feel...new clutch, resurfaced flywheel?

kinda like a grinding noise

my clutch made a loud noise like knocking does yours do that if it does then its the fly wheel bolts backing out of the fly wheel becuz of the holes are no longer round they are oval i had to get a new fly wheel if you take your clutch apart take the fly wheel and look at the back of it to make sure the holes are still round if not get a new fly wheel

throw out bearing is worn and has some play in it, when the pedal is pressed then there is pressure on it and the bearing rides smooth.

If it sounds like a growl or buzz then its the throwout bearing. to the man above me. The parts cheap but the labor isn't if you don't do it yourself.
