clutch master cylinder problems. Plz help.

I just getting everything ready on my 240 after a engine rebuild. When i go to test out the car, my clutch master cylinder would not work. It leaks from the body of the cylinder when i hold down the pedal. This clutch master cylinder is brand new and is ment for a 1991 240 but i am using it on my 1995 240. Would that have broken it? My clutch is a clutch master stage v. Is there any performance clutch master cylinder i can buy, i search but could not find any. thx for any help.

So the master cylinder itself is leaking fluid??Did you bleed the system???Did you bypass the factory dampner under the car?

yes, i removed the dampening box and bleeded it. it looks like its leaking from the plug thats under the cylinder body so i will try and put some thread glue on it.

So does anyone know of a performance clutch master cylinder for the S14? Also is the S13 and S14 clutch cylinder interchangable?
