In stead of buying a clutch line like the one that spl sales I went to the local parts store and purchases a random solid line that got the job done. Started the car up to hear a slight pressure plate/disc contact. Looked under the car and noticed that the slave cylinder extends the arm just enough for the plate and disc to start touching.

Im thinking that the line might just be a hair to small causing to much pressure to be forced back to the slave cylinder but this setup worked on the 240 before the swap.

I bleed the clutch line twice for about 15 minutes each. All times the fluid was topped off.

Any input??

Solid line is better. It probably just isn't bled enough. It takes a while to bleed all of the air out of it. It relies on pressure not flow, so the diameter doesn't really matter.

i wouldn't go with a completely solid line all the way to the slave. the motor/trans move a bit from vibration and torquing, which might eventually wear out a solid line or a connection. i'd put something flexible somewhere. the spl line is what, like $15?

Right. You'll want to have a flexible end on it so it will allow the transmission to twist, but in general a solid aluminum line won't flex as much as a braided line. Another generality, SPLs stuff is pricey.

If the clutch is slightly engaged with your foot OFF the pedal, then you need to adjust you pedal down.

Regardless of solid mounts I would not feel comfortable running any kind of solid line from chassis to motor.

Also the nismo slave is larger than stock, so it will decrease the pedal force necessary to disengage the clutch.
