Anyone else had issues getting the clutch to work properly?

I've got the following installed in my Zed:

'92 J-Spec VH45DEOne of Wes's original adapter platesJUN forged Cr-Mo NA flywheelNA Z32 gearbox8mm flywheel spacer (the thickness of two normal VH spacers)NA Z32 starter and slave cylinderR33 GTS-T Skyline clutch master with extended rod (standard NA Zed one was too long and hit the cam covers)

Edit:Add to the list:Using a Exedy 5 puk brass button clutchGearbox is not machined at all.

I'm still using the standard lines including the bleeder near the headlight.

It's as if there isn't enough travel in the clutch pedal. It still has the same amount of travel and bore as the standard NA Z32 one.

Looking at the release fork it's quite a distance back towards the rear of the gearbox, compared to a standard TT which has it practically at the front.

I've adjusted the clutch master a bit to push the rod in a bit, but I think it needs more, I'll have to make a new rod though, I'm out of adjustment on the first one I made. I think the slave might have a slight leak too, but even if I pump the clutch it won't go into gear while the engine is running.

I'll try and get some piccies up by Tuesday night (Monday morning for you American's)

So yeah, if anyone can shed some light on there setups and any tips it would be appreciated!

Found the issue, just needed some more adjustment on the master cylinder

Works great now, good to finally drive the Zed after so long

Lol, mine is temporarily spaced using a 1/4" socket :p I'm going to see if I can remove it and still get it to work, otherwise off to find a longer rod. Pontiac Fiero's aren't exactly thick on the ground here...
