ok i have been running an xtd stage 4 clutch, 6 puck soilid center. I have had it in the car for 2 months, with no problems. I just rebuilt my ka-t and installed it back in the car a week or two ago, and four days after getting it back on the road my car slowly gets hard to shift progressivly over a day to the point where the clutch wont relese hardly at all. the hydrolic system seems fine. at this point i havent pulled the transmission, but i am gussing a pressure plate issue. any ideas or am i on the right track???

Have you looked for clutch hydraulic leaks and bled the system? Also check the clutch pedal adjustment.

The pressure plate or disk would feel like it was slipping, or it would be slipping I should say. Does it slip?

The pedal isnt getting stuck on the down position right (signs that there is a leak on the system)? If the pedal is still responsive (and stays consistent) even at those times, then it doesnt sound like a leak issue. But if it is... and your not finding a leak under the car... then check the inside.

Had that happen to me. Little by little I'd feel my clutch pedal getting lower and lower. Couldnt find any leaks underneath the car so I was confused on what was happening. One day in bleeding the clutch, I noticed fluid was dripping by my pedal. That's when I noticed that the seals by the push rod were done for.

Hope that helps... and lets hope that it is just a leak issue >.<
