Hi all - just joined but been reading the forums now for the past week.

Over the weekend I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe - 3.5 SE. It is the 6MT model.

I love the car handles great and really has the get up and go.

I do have one question and don't know if this is how the car was designed or not.

Everytime I press the clutch in or release the clucth I hear 3-5 clicking sounds right before or right after I press it. Is that normal? I was thinking it was because the car was new but wasn't sure since I am not a big expert in this area.

Is there something wrong with the clutch? Should I call the dealership ? I just want to make sure before I make a fool out of myself

I know someone else on here had this same problem and said it got worse and worse. They had trouble getting the dealer to do anything abotu it though. Its definantly a problem call the dealer. My 6MT doesnt do that, its goes down smooth

Squeeks can be greased or oiled. CLicks there is definitely something wrong and it needs to be fixed.

I got no clicks or squeeks and would fix it quickly if either one happended.
