hi I got a 95 NA 5spd. I already got me a 91 tt engine taken out tryin to rebuild it and push about 500 rwhp. with that said, my 95 z clutch crapped out on me. now what I'm asking is, can I get new clutch, fly wheel, and flex plate and be able to use it on the 91 tt swap mating on a 95 5spd transmission down the road or tt and NA clutch two different species?? thank in advance

You gotta match whatever you get. You can get a TT clutch and flywheel right now, and shim the starter so it properly engages the flywheel, and you'll just have to trim a little material off the inside of the bellhousing.

Either that, or if you wanna stay with the N/A everything, then just know when you make bigger power later, they don't necessarily support the N/A as much as the TT. I haven't looked at specs on the N/A clutches lately, but they make stronger clutches for the TT.

It's the bellhousing that's different, not the starter motor. The TT flywheel is a tiny bit bigger. You can make up the difference in washers. You have to shave the inside of the bellhousing to fit the larger flywheel. How much power are you realistically looking to put into this?

well... before my daughter was born... 800rwhp... I do have 3cars. so down time is not an issue also it will be a NA to TT conversion. I picked up wrecked 300 tt for cheap. pulled out engine and transmission sitting inside the basement. along that line my daughter was born and u know how the story ends. I gave up on 800 haha budget cut and now down to 500rwhp. or at least a tt swap haha. that's y I wanted to see if I should get a tt clutch and flywheel.. don't have room to buy parts twice... if u think tt kit better, any recommendations on where to purchase and what spec? thanks

I'm a fan of the RPS segmented flywheel, and I went with a Z1 sport street clutch. Can't comment on that yet though, as it's not installed. Those are both quality products, though. Make a thread in Gen to see what people recommend for their cars.

Definite thumbs up on the RPS Segmented flywheel.
