when installing the clutch the FSM says to lubricate some spots such as the release sleeve, and the withdrawl fork.

The manual says to use lithium based grease with monobdenum.... wtf is that? what are your recommendations for this type of lubricant????

Yea, it also says to grease up the input shaft and other parts like you mentioned. You can go to the auto parts store and ask the guys at the counter for some lithuim-based grease. Some greases are petroleum-based and what not, the FSM calls for something lithium-based.

When I did my clutch, I used wheel bearing grease. But be careful not to apply excessively. If you put too much, the grease would splatter around in the bell housing of your transmission and get all over the clutch disc causing it to glaze over. I speak from experience. Good luck.

yea, and just like wheel bearings, don't just slap it around all over the place, and make sure you're specific about where you put it.

A lot of wheel bearing greases are litium based. Here's a great trick to get rid of excess grease. Apply some grease to the splines. Then take the old clutch disc and slide it down the shaft. This should remove the excess grease off the splines.
