I changed the clutch in my 1990 nissan 240sx and it is now hung in reverse. How do I fix this?

If you are stuck in a gear, try rocking the car back and forth with the clutch pedal up, brakes/e-brake off. Sometimes this frees up things, allowing you to get the car in neutral, then you can figure out what actually happened.
